Prof. Yinong Chen, Arizona State University, USA

• Dr. Yinong Chen received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany, in 1993. He did postdoctoral research at LAAS-CNRS, Toulouse, France. He joined of Computer Science Department at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1994, and joined the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering at Arizona State University, U.S.A. in 2001. His research areas include computer science education, service-oriented computing, cloud computing, robotics, and distributed systems. Dr. Chen published five books and over 100 research papers. He developed three core courses on service-oriented computing for the computer science program at Arizona State University and wrote two textbooks for the courses. He received the Teacher of the Year Awards in 2008 and in 2009 for two consecutive years. He is the Editorial Board Member of Journal of Systems & Software, Journal of Simulation Modeling Practice and Theory, and International Journal of Simulation and Process Modeling. • Dr.Yungen Fang: Doctor Graduate of Traffic Information Engineering and Control in Tongji University; Vice General Manager of Rail Department of TÜV Rheinland Great China Group. Singapore SMRT and LTA recognized Software Safety Assessor; German TÜV Rheinland InterTrafic GmbH Qualified Safety Expert; CNAS(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) Recognized Railway Signalling System Safety Assessor.
• Experience: Graduated from Civil Aviation University of China as an Engineering Master in 2006, then Joined TÜV Rheinland German as a Safety Consultant of Aviation System and Railway System, participated and performed the safety assessment of 1st Chinese Safety Integrity Level 4 Railway Computer-Based Interlocking System in 2008, after that, participated the safety assessment for computer-based safety critical control systems in China, Malaysia, Singapore and Korea, such as Automatic Train Protection System, Communication Based Train Control System, Automatic Train Supervision System, Axle Counter, Cab Signal, Brake Control System, Driverless Metro System. Since 2011, started the Doctor Graduate study and research work in the field of Automatic Train Control System Safety Assurance and Assessment, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.

Dr.Hafiz Gulfam Ahmad Umar, Bahauddin Zakarya University, Pakistan

• Dr.Hafiz Gulfam Ahmad Umar received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Bahauddin Zakarya University Multan,(BZU) Pakistan, in 2003 and 2005 respectively .In 2006 appointed as DES in Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education(BISE) D.G.Khan, Pakistan and participated in eLearning projects of Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) and Virtual University (VU) in 2008-2009. From 2009 onwards serving as a Lecturer in University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF). Mr. Umar is a recipient of Chinese Government Scholarship for Doctoral studies in computer science from Chongqing University and carrying out doctoral research in Chongqing University from 2013-2015.He is member of Institute of Computer Sciences and Social informatics (ICST).Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology(IACSIT).
